It sounds easy, but surprisingly, when you do not see what you are putting into your mouth, it may have a different taste and texture. That added to the challenge and fun of blindfold taste testing. Our group of trusting volunteers sampled apples, cantaloupe, raw asparagus, raw mushrooms, cottage cheese and finished it off with chocolate mouse. Even with the blindfolds on, there were some facial expression that were priceless.
