On Christmas Eve, our extraordinary cooks (Angela & Michele) were like the elves in Santa's workshop. So, so busy. At the same time, they were being creative and having fun adding last minute touches they knew everyone would enjoy. Our home was filled with the aroma of snowman cookies baking. The culinary artists turned the potato salad into a snowman using veggie pieces. And they created skewers of fruits in Christmas colors. All these were included in a scrumptious and filling buffet.
