Chair exercise is a fun way to work muscles while decreasing the risk of falls. Activities Director Jessica sets up the youtube class on screen. She also adds her positive attitude and lots of energy. Other motivation comes from seeing and hearing the instructor and watching her class in action. So let’s get our group moving...one, two, three, four.
