Lillian Wright - Owner & Administrator
Lillian is a very caring person who also has great management and business skills. This has allowed her to develop a culture and staff that really focuses on the care and well-being of the residents.
A meticulous manager, she pays great attention to detail and good practices. It is important to her that every person is treated as a valuable individual with their own specific needs and desires. She hires talented people who have compassion for others and knows how to motivate them to continually provide their best effort, along with efficiency and effectiveness.
Lillian enjoys caring for seniors, and working with her staff. And she loves to have that special feeling at the end of the day that comes from doing something worthwhile.
Caring From The Heart
Our staff is truly amazing. They happily provide professional care for each individual. They selflessly share their own unique gifts and talents with residents and family members. They strive to make a positive difference in the daily lives of those dealing with personal challenges.
They also work very hard. Often, those providing superior assisted living services are faced with less than ideal circumstances. However, separately and as a team, our staff has the courage and determination to perform tasks that are difficult physically and/or emotionally.
There is one overriding requirement for everyone on staff at Fremont Home Care. They have to love helping our residents and their families. And they do!!!
Highlighting Our Staff Members
Kris Aragon - Daily Operations Manager
Kris Aragon started with Fremont Home Care on 04/21/2013 as a caregiver. With five years as a caregiver under her belt, she was promoted to Assistant Daily Operations Manager. After working for four years as an Assistant Daily Operation Manager, she was rewarded with a promotion to Daily Operation Manager for both the Elm and Cedar care homes.
Kris is very happy working at Fremont Home Care and with the owner Lillian. She also accomplished her goal to improve her duties and become certified to instruct CPR, First Aid and automated external defibrillator (AED). These added skills enable her to train and certify the staff in these lifesaving procedures. Kris' goal is to keep growing and learning to keep the residents safe and happy at Fremont Home Care.
Ryan Aragon - Maintenance
Ryan Aragon started on 04/13/22 as a caregiver at our Cedar location. His job duties were to prepare meals for all of the residents, while making sure their daily needs are taken care of including, their medication.
Ryan was happy to take the opportunity to transfer to the maintenance position, after Bill Henry retired as maintenance on 09/30/22. He started his new position in maintenance on 10/01/22. He now has several job duties for both Elm and Cedar locations.
He enjoys working with his fellow co-workers, but what makes it more rewarding is our residents at both facilities. He says making the residents happy and Fremont Home Care a comfortable place for them to live makes him enjoy his work even more.
His goals include the upkeep of both facilities, and most important, keeping the trust of our residents and making them happy. He is universal in our company and can do anything.
